VA & Company (formerly Vishwanath Associates) was established in 2018 as a management consulting company to cater to the consulting requirements of MSMEs.

In the beginning, the VA team started its consulting services by assisting businesses in upgrading their practices, increasing top-line and bottom-line profits. Within 2 years, the business has grown and begun providing consulting services to government departments. In 2020, Vishwanath Associates was rebranded as VA & Company (VA). Along with it, VA also bought its real estate business in Lucknow under the same brand.

 

Recently, VA has added UniSkill & Think@IT to the group. UniSkill is one of the most ambitious projects of the VA Group. It has maximum free videos helping professionals to learn best practices used at the international level. Our videos are short and to the point, which saves time while learning, and are supported by PDFs for taking notes. And, Think@IT is under the establishment phase, which would offer IT support, but as an initiative, it has started to offer standard document formats for businesses to organise and maintain their work in an efficient manner. Most of these are free, so it may benefit the masses.
