Vinay Kumar
Founder & Managing Partner
Vinay has more than 3.5 decades of experience in Government Administration and Policy Making for MSMEs, Banking and Consultancy with expertise including MSME, Cluster, Sustainable Development Goals, ODOP, Technology Upgradation, State Procurement.
Vinay served the Government of Uttar Pradesh in various capacities and retired as Additional Commissioner, Department of Industries and Export Promotion, Uttar Pradesh. Apart from this, Vinay has also served Gramin Bank in the capacity of Manager during his earlier career before being selected in the State Civil Service.
Also, Vinay has overseen the State Procurement Deptt. for the Government of Uttar Pradesh and has also worked in the capacity of Member Secretary for Uttar Pradesh Trade Promotion Authority, U.P.
Vinay has done a Master of Arts in Philosophy and an L.L.B., along with a Diploma in Photography from Allahabad University.

Mudit Srivastava

Mudit is an Electronics Engineer and has pursued a Master of Business (=MBA) with a major in International Business from The University of Queensland, Australia (QS World University Ranking of 47), along with a Graduate Certificate from The Australian National University, Australia (World University QS Ranking 24).
Mudit has 11+ years of experience in engineering and consulting services. Mudit before lying down the foundation of Vishwanath Associates, worked for Omax Autos Ltd. and Tirubawan Enterprise in the capacities of Maintenance Planning Engineer and Assistant Manager, Operations, respectively.
Apart from this, Mudit is experienced in leading project teams while utilising the concepts of Six Sigma DMAIC for sustainable process optimisation.
Mohit Srivastav

Mohit is a Mechanical Engineer from UPTU and has completed a Master of Business (=MBA) with a major in International Business from The University of Queensland, Australia (World University QS Ranking 47) and a Graduate Certificate of Studies (Business) from The Australian National University, Australia (World University QS Ranking 24). Further, Mohit is a certified White Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification.
Mohit has experience in construction project management and consulting for MSMEs for process improvements to increase productivity along with long-term sustainability.
